CONSTANCE STREET DEVELOPMENT - BRISBANE HOUSING

FDS Plumbing and Gas Pty Ltd successfully completed their 5th Affordable housing Development in January this year ( 2011), Constance Street Fortitude Valley. We look forward to Uploading the completion photos for this project.

This would be their 5th Affordable Housing Development which they have been the plumbing Contractors in the last 18 months.

C1 APARTMENTS CHERMSIDE

C1 Apartments 67 units plus commercial at 394 Hamilton rd Chermside. This this the first time Opalyn Construction and FDS have worked together on a project. This project is now completed and was an enormous success and we are looking forward to starting the next project with opalyn Construction's, which we have been contracted for.

SANDGATE STATE HIGH SCHOOL

May 2011
Sandgate state high school new Science block and amenities block. This is our fourth school project working with Built QLD and the largest. The science block is a multi storey general, chem, bio and food prep facility. This project is due for completionin the next upcoming month.
